What software will I need to join the conference?

 

You will require a desktop computer or laptop with a strong high speed internet connection to join the event via a web browser. Chrome or Safari is recommended.

Can I share my registration?

 

Each registration is for one delegate. Sharing registrations is not permitted.

What does it cost to attend 2021 IMRB Conference?

 

This year’s conference is being offered at a special rate of A$500 during the early bird period. From 7 June the rate increases to A$600 (pricing is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax). While the cost is lower than in previous years, the content is bigger and better than ever. The 2021 IMRB Conference offers fantastic opportunities for education, professional development and networking.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague if I can no longer attend?

 

Yes. If you are registered for the conference and can no longer attend, you can transfer the registration to a colleague. To request a transfer please contact the events team at info@imrb21.com a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the conference.

What is the cancellation policy?

 

Notification of cancellation must be sent to info@imrb21.com. No refund of registration will be possible if your cancellation is received within 30 days of the start date of the conference. Prior to this a refund will be provided minus an administration fee of A$60.50 (inclusive of Goods and Services Tax)

Will recordings of the presentations be made available post event?

 

All conference presentations and recordings will be made available for conference attendees only via the IMRB21 website post event (subject to speaker approval of release).

What payment options are available?

Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer through the registration portal.

 

All prices are in Australian dollars.  If you have made payment by credit / debit card the charge will appear on your statement from LOUD events.

If you are making payment via direct deposit please ensure that you have taken into consideration the current exchange rate and have paid any foreign transaction fees where applicable through your bank. If the correct sum is not deposited, you will be contacted to finalise your registration.

Will a tax invoice be provided to me?

If payment is made by credit card, you will automatically receive a receipt of payment with your registration confirmation. If you arrange payment via bank transfer, a receipt of payment will be automatically generated once we have received and processed your payment.
